Introduction

Any violation of these rules may result in the immediate suspension of your account, confiscation of your winnings and permanent ban from using our services.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawals

• Service interruptions: We will not be responsible for damages resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or any event beyond our reasonable control.

7. Suspension and Termination

• Permanently terminate your account if you seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms, or if we believe your behavior is harmful to our other users or our reputation.

In case of termination for violation of the Terms:

• Your account will be permanently closed and you will not be able to open a new one.
• We reserve the right to confiscate all bonuses and un withdrawn winnings resulting from prohibited activities.
• You however remain entitled to request the withdrawal of the actual balance of your account (excluding bonuses), minus any administrative fees.

You can also terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer service. After termination, you will no longer be able to access your account, but you can request the withdrawal of your balance under the usual conditions.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These general terms of use are governed by the law applicable in the jurisdiction where MelBet is established and licensed.

In case of a dispute between you and MelBet, we strongly encourage you to first contact our customer service to try to find an amicable solution. Our goal is to resolve all problems quickly and fairly.

If no amicable solution can be found within a reasonable time, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.

9. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the specific game rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and MelBet. They supersede any prior agreement, discussion or promise relating to the same subject matter.
• Partial nullity: If any provision of these Terms is declared null or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be deemed not written, but the other provisions will remain in full force.
• Non-waiver: The fact that we do not exercise any of our rights under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to exercise them later.
• Assignment: We reserve the right to assign all or part of our rights and obligations under these Terms, in the context of a merger, acquisition or sale of business, without your prior consent.
• Language: These Terms are written in French. In case of discrepancy between the French version and a version translated into another language, the French version will prevail.
